We tend to work to 8-10 weeks to make your new S.W. James by hand. When we're extremely busy, that can go to 10-12 weeks (sometimes a tiny bit longer)— for example, Christmas time. We do. Our team have been making Chesterfields and sofas for over 40 years and we have some of the very finest names in the industry working with us to make our furniture. All our furniture has a 2-year guarantee against faulty workmanship and /or materials. Our frames carry a 25 years guarantee.

We sell all our furniture directly through our website. Feel free to order any time you like. If you need a little help, don't hesitate to call Warren. You can select free swatches from our swatch page. You can request any leather or fabric in the S.W. James range for free. We will send you our booklet and the swatches you requested in first class post. 

If you’ve lived in the UK for at least three years, are aged 18 or over, work at least 16 hours a week (or are in receipt of a regular income) and can provide income and expenditure information then you can apply for credit from Buyline.

Buyline will finance purchases up to a maximum of £25,000

Buy as normal from S.W. James and choose to pay using Buyline. Complete a short application. Pay the deposit and sign the agreement to complete the purchase.

You would need to complete the purchase using one of the other traditional methods of payment we offer.

The minimum deposit is 10%. You can pay up to a 50% deposit. The higher the deposit, the lower the amount of credit required and the lower the monthly instalments will be.
